Tried and True Friday, Marinated Chicken Breast

Good Friday to you all.  This week I’m doing a main course dish, Marinated Chicken Breast.  This is quite simpleto put together and to make things even easier you could start marinating the night before.

Marinated Chicken Breast

  • 4 chicken breast filets
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp basil

Rinse chicken and pat dry.  Arrange in glass dish.  Pour mixture of remaining ingredients over chicken.  Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 3 hours or longer.  Grill over hot coals until tender.  May broil in over for 12 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning once.
