The Sneaky Chef

Have you heard of her?  Until recently I had not.  Our wonderful feeding nurse introduced me to her books and now they are going on my Christmas Wish list (although for now I’ll be happy to borrow from said nurse and the library).  So far (and I’m not sure from which book each came as I have 3 of them in the house at the moment) I have added white puree to spaghettie (successfully), made some sneaky jello (and enjoyed it all by myself), tried legal donuts in muffin form (they didn’t go over as well but were edible) and currently have some Slo Cooker Pulled BBQ chicken in the crockpot (minus the oat bran that’s called for so my gluten free child can have it).  There are SOOOO many more I want to try (hence adding the books to my wish list because after all I can borrow them forever) that I’m really not sure where to start.  I think some breakfast items that can be frozen will be next simply because the kids are really wanting something more than cereal for breakfast.  I’m thinking some breakfast cookies will be good.  I’ll keep you posted as to what “flys” and what doesn’t around here.  Oh and if you are wanting to check them out and have a “speical diet” child (or yourself) start with the Sneaky Chef to the Rescue book, otherwise you might be slightly disappointed like I was at first when looking through the other books trying to figure out what to make that everyone in the family can have
