Very Quick Update

So I”m bombing/failing whatever you would like to call it on my 42 days to Fit.  Exercise wise things are going great it’s the food challenges.  I am taking the weekend to figure out my next step.  Please note that it’s me that is failing, not the book.

Virtually miles 6.62 for this week to make a total of 20.76. That’s 79% of the way there or  5.44 miles left!!!  Wooo-hoo, I think I will make it.

Sorry so short but life is calling.

  1. No you’re not. Changing your lifestyle will take more than 42. Remember, you have had years to build the habits you’re trying to kick. 2 steps forward and all that… You Can Do It!!!!
