Health Goals for the last week of June

So I took a week off from exercising and am now ready to jump back into things.  I have decided to start making some weekly goals.  Here are this week’s:

 

  1. 100 oz of water daily
  2. Take Vitamins
  3. week 3 of Sparkpeople Bootcamp
  4. one “whole foods” meal a day

That’s my plan for this week.  I’ll report in later on how I did.
